Notes:
The 1943 I Halfpenny continued on with the changes made on the later struck 1942 I halfpennies. Like the common 1939 'Roo' reverse it had a single foot on the 'Y' of 'HALFPENNY' but with the kangaroo shallower in definition and showing a lidded eye. In modelling this reverse the Bombay Mint reduced the number of denticles from 106 to 104 and made them longer.
