Notes:
The 1915 H Florin the enigma in the Florin series. In general Australian coins are slightly convex on the obverse but, in the case of the majority of 1915 H Florins the reverse is true. Most look to have been struck under reduced pressure thus causing a flat or even slightly convex reverse surface which lacks detail on the upper shield, the star and the lower scroll. Particularly in lower grades it is difficult to find with this date with the 'ADVANCE AUSTRALIA' fully readable due to the poor strike. The two known proofs are ex the Birmingham Mint Museum.
